About the Author

James Woodcock originally studied as a biologist, before turning his attention to the anatomy of leadership. For the past 20 years, he has pioneered the development of transformational leadership programmes with Executives and senior teams across the globe. His work has been recognized by the Learning and Performance Institute and Learning Excellence Awards. James is a Partner at Korn Ferry.
